C27400 copper alloy is mainly composed of copper and zinc, with a copper content of approximately 62% to 68%. Trace amounts of lead, iron and aluminum are added for improved processing properties and mechanical properties of the alloy. While maintaining the good electrical and thermal conductivity of copper, it can achieve higher strength and hardness by adjusting the proportion of zinc, making it an ideal choice for processing and forming. Besides, C27400 alloy has good processing properties and can be formed by cold working and hot working. C27400 copper pipe is nowadays widely used in many fields for its excellent performance and has become one of the indispensable materials in industrial production.
