Stainless steel rod

According to the production process, stainless steel rods can be divided into hot rolled, forging and cold rolled. The specification of hot rolled stainless steel round steel is 5.5-250mm. Among them: the small stainless steel round steel of 5.5-25mm is mostly supplied in bundles by straight bars, which is often used as reinforcement, bolts and various mechanical parts; Stainless steel round steel larger than 25mm. It is mainly used for manufacturing mechanical parts or seamless steel pipe blank.

301 stainless steel bar is made of a metastable austenitic stainless steel that has a complete austenitic structure under full solid solution conditions. 301 is the steel type that can be most easily strengthened by cold deformation, through which the strength and hardness of the steel can be improved, and sufficient plasticity and toughness can be retained. 301 stainless steel bars are mainly used in the cold working state to reduce the weight of the equipment and make it rust-free. In addition, 301 stainless steel bars are prone to work hardening when impacted by external forces and can absorb more impact energy, providing more reliable safety protection for equipment and personnel. However, 301 stainless steel bars have less superior corrosion resistance in chemical media such as acid, alkali and salt, so they are not recommended for use in harsh corrosive environments.

NO.3	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #100#120, have better brightness withdiscontinuous coarse stria, used as inner and external ornaments forbuilding, electrical appliances and kitchen utensils etc.
NO.4	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150#180, have better brightness withdiscontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than NO.3. are used as bathtubbuilding inner and external ornaments electrical appliances, kitchenutensils and food processing equipment etc.
HL	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-320 on the No.4.finish and hascontinuous streaks, mainly used as building ornaments, elevators, doorof building, frontal plate etc.
BA	Cold-rolled, bright annealed and skin passed, the product has excellentbrightness and good reflexivity like mirror, used for electrical appliances,kitchen apparatus, ornament materials etc.
