Product Show

One of the key properties of 430 stainless steel pipe is its ability to resist oxidation and rust in humid or mildly corrosive environments. This stainless steel contains at least 16% chromium, which forms an invisible protective layer on the surface to prevent rust. Another advantage is its resistance to high temperatures (up to 1500°F) without losing strength or becoming brittle. It also has good ductility and formability, making it easy to shape into different products. Industries where 430 stainless steel is frequently used include aerospace engineering, medical device manufacturing, petrochemical processing plants, and marine applications such as marine fittings. However, welding 430 stainless steel pipes can be challenging due to its high chromium content. After welding is done, be sure to clean them thoroughly with a wire brush to remove any discoloration caused by heat exposure during the welding process.

NO.4	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150#180, have better brightness withdiscontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than NO.3. are used as bathtubbuilding inner and external ornaments electrical appliances, kitchenutensils and food processing equipment etc.
HL	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-320 on the No.4.finish and hascontinuous streaks, mainly used as building ornaments, elevators, doorof building, frontal plate etc.
BA	Cold-rolled, bright annealed and skin passed, the product has excellentbrightness and good reflexivity like mirror, used for electrical appliances,kitchen apparatus, ornament materials etc.
